….World Press Photo Exhibition Ferrara 2019 ospiterà delle visite guidate alla mostra nei weekend del 26-27 ottobre e del 2-3 novembre, alle h 12.00 e h 17.00, presso il Pac-Padiglione d'Arte Contemporanea Ferrara con Rossella Ibba - prenotazione obbligatoria!
La visita racconta le immagini vincitrici del premio World Press Photo 2019, uno dei più importanti riconoscimenti nell’ambito del fotogiornalismo. Da più di 60 anni, una giuria indipendente, è chiamata ad esprimersi su migliaia di domande di partecipazione inviate da fotogiornalisti provenienti da tutto il mondo. Quest'anno la giuria, che ha suddiviso i lavori in otto categorie, ha premiato 42 fotografi provenienti da 25 paesi, permettendoci di rivivere gli eventi cruciali del nostro tempo.

The visit tells the story of the winning images of the World Press Photo 2019 award, one of the most important awards in the field of photojournalism. For more than 60 years, an independent jury has been called upon to express its opinion on thousands of applications submitted by photojournalists from all over the world. This year the jury, which divided the work into eight categories, awarded 42 photographers from 25 countries, allowing us to relive the crucial events of our time.
